1. What is the fastest delivery turnaround?

A: If you have your artwork ready with all your delivery date we can make sure that your order can be printed in the same day and delivered to you in 2 days, as its the fastest then anyone can do that. Next day delivery is also possible, if you can confirm order and everything before 11am.

2. Which production methods do you use to print stickers?

A: We use the following printing methods to print stickers
Digital Printing CMYK
Offset/Litho Printing
Screen Printing

3. Which shipping services do you use for the delivery?

A: We use UPS and DHL delivery services for all our orders. All our orders are track able and deliver to customer's doorstep.

4. I can't find the product that I am looking for. Can I request a custom product quote?

A: Yes! Simply go to our Contact Us page, input all your details, write your message and attach the design if you have. We get back to you within the next 2 - 3 hours.

5. Which material do I need to select for outdoor use?

A: Vinyl Sticker For outdoor use, vinyl material is the best choice for you. Because this material is waterproof material and we use eco-solvent ink for digital printing process while printing stickers. So these stickers will be useful for 2+ years.

6. Can I have the white colour printed on transparent stickers?

A: Yes!We offer white ink printing on transparent stickers. We also offer metallic inks printing on all of our Adhesive Materials.

7. Is it possible to cancel my order?

A: Yes! In order to cancel your order then please contact us via phone call, email or live chat on our website. Please note that in order to maintain our quick turnaround and work, we do not allow to cancel any order once it is in the printing process.

8. Can I contact with you via phone call?

A: Yes, sure! You can call us any time between the working hours Mon - Fri 9.00 am to 6:00 pm by dialling the number mentioned on our website.

9. Can I place my order via email?

A: Yes, you can. Please write us an email at and one of our print advisors will get back to you with next 2 - 3 hours.

10. How can I reprint my previous order?

A: Simply email us with your previous order invoice number and your email address. Your order will be forwarded to the printing process that you will be notified by email.

11. Do you offer graphic designing service?

A: Yes we have our in-house dedicated graphic designer's team and we offer the FREE design service for all our customers.

12. What is the meaning of CMYK and PMS?

A: CMYK is 4 colour printing process is a standard printing method for all printing industries. CMYK stands for (C)Cyan, (M)Magenta, (Y)Yellow, (K)Black. It is used 'K' for black instead of 'B'. Because the 'B' already used in RGB that stands for (R)Red. (G)Green, (B)Blue that is the digital screen colour scheme.
PMS stands for (P)Pantone (M)Matching (S)System is specific colour matching system use printing industries to print spot colour. You have millions of colour choices available in Pantone colours. PMS usually applied to get 100% guaranteed colour accuracy without any variation.

13. Which file formats do you accept?

A: We recommend PDF file in layers, CMYK colour module and all text outlined, so we do not find any font missing problem. If you have used any raster image in your artwork be sure the resolution must be 300 dpi for best printing result. Although, you can send us ai, eps, cdr, psd, png, jpeg or bitmap. As we have our in-house graphic design team that can definitely work on your design without any extra charges.

14. What is the meaning of DPI?

A: DPI stands for dot per inch and 1440 dpi means that 1440 dots will be printed in 1 square inch. 300 dpi must be required for better printing result. This is the unit of measurement for all printing devices. If your image is below than 300 dpi it will be printed blur.

15. Do you offer hard copy proofs?

A: Unfortunately we do not offer hard copy proofs. We will only show you soft copy proofs. But you can print that with any printer to check the size, colours etc.

16. What if I need any changes after approving my artwork for printing?

A: If you need any changes after approving your artwork, kindly contact us immediatley via phone call, email or live chat on our website. If your order will be not in the printing process we will make that changes for you.

17. Can you design my company logo without charging anything?

A: Yes we can. If you use our sticker printing service and place an order with us, our dedicated designing team can design your logo FREE of cost.

18. Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept card payment via PayPal and we also accept bank transfer. We do not accept cash by hand or cheques.

19. Can I pick up my order by my self from your office?

A: Sorry we do not offer self-collection. All of our orders deliver to customer's doorstep.

20. Can I change my delivery address after order confirmation?

A: Yes, you can change your shipping address before it is dispatched from our side. You will be notified once your order will be dispatched from our side with tracking details.
